Can 'Words' do the task?

Would a few combination of alphabets, words, statements & paragraphs be able to deliver the ever meandering thoughts of a wild mind? Can ideas be elaborated with the thoughts inked? Is it possible to convey by literature? Are they going to be deciphered in the same way, as they are meant?
